Journal of Productivity and Development (Agricultural Research)J. Product. & Dev.,  is the official journal of the Faculty of  Technology and Development (FTD), Zagazig University, Zagazig, Egypt. One of the main objectives of the FTD is to encourage communication and collaboration among individuals and organizations associated with agricultural and biological sciences such as fruits, vegetables, crops production & animal, poultry, fish production, as well as,  soil, the economic, food industry in general.

As an international forum for hypothesis-driven scientific research, the J. Product. & Dev.  publishes original papers in the fields of plant & animal, poultry, fish, breeding and genetics; nutrition; physiology and functional biology; welfare, behavior and health management (welfare and behavior; health management); farming systems; quality of products as well as, soil, economic, food industry. Well-conducted scientific work that meets the technical and ethical standards is considered only on the basis of scientific rigor.

Research on the farm is preferred. Comparative work on exotic species is welcome too. Pharmacological or toxicological experiments with a direct reference to nutrition are also considered. In addition, reviews on topics of current interest within the scope of the journal are welcome. Authors are advised to send an outline to the Editorial Office for approval prior to submission.
