Abstract
The research deals with the balance of the Kuwaiti economy through revenues and expenditures during the research period from 2000-2019, where it measures the relationship between them and the deficit and the surplus, which together constitute the research problem where the surplus declines and the realization of the deficit and the study of the causes of the deficit and its increase, the decline of the surplus and the causes of imbalance through the relationships of aggregate demand and total supply of the elements of the economy And achieving the goal of the research through how to reduce the deficit, achieve balance and make good use of the surplus in operation and production to expand the size of the economy and continue economic activity. Strength in public finances (revenues) and weaknesses in revenues as well as weaknesses in public spending to rationalize it and achieve monetary balance in the state’s public finances and balance revenues and expenditures through a set of procedures and methods to achieve balance and non-disorder in the Kuwaiti economy and then improve and activate performance in the Kuwaiti market and raise The level of production and economic activity, improving national production rates, reducing unemployment and hypertrophy.
