IMPACT OF TECHNOLOGICAL GAP ON THE CRAFT OF READY-MADE CLOTHES IN RURAL OF SHARKIA GOVERNORATE

Abstract
This study aims to identifying the technological gap to the producers of ready-made clothes. Moreover to identify the volume of the technological gap to the executive officers for ready-made clothes. In addition to be aware of the connective relationship between the studied separates changes and the volume of the technological gap. Moreover to probe the reasons for the technological gap by the point of views of the producers and executive officials, their suggestion to limit such gap. The number of the research sample was 204 observations; there were 59 executive officials of the ready-made clothes in the governorate. 145 observations producers of ready-made clothes and 63 observations in Kafr Makawi in Zagazig District. 82 persons in Kafr Daboos, Hehya district who were selected on purpose at the rate of 25% of the total producers of the ready-made clothes in the study villages. Their data were collected by using the questioner form by interview during January and February 2011 and using "t" test and simple correlation test to find the relationship between the studied selected changes and affiliated changes. The results showed that:
There is a technological gap at 22, 2- to 14, and 6% of the total number of the sample who are producers of ready-made clothes in Kafr Makawy and Kafr Daboos consequently, the volume of the gap reached to 63% of the sample of the executive officials in the governorate for the projects of ready-made clothes. There were negative significant connection at level 0, 05 between the volume of the technological gap and the revenue from the craft of the ready-made clothes. It was found that the technological gap's reasons effecting on the craft of the ready-made clothes from the point of view of the officials was having no effective connection between the executive officials and the producers. The rate reached to 97% of the total sample of the study. Lack of financial support for the producers of the ready -made clothes is the necessity of increasing the training sessions of the technicians in the ready-made clothes. As the rate reached to 83% followed by 81% supplying the financial potentialities and transportation to facilitate connecting the technicians to the producers.
It was founded that 95% of the producers of ready -made clothes of the important reasons was the necessity of the quality of the raw materials, consequently, the connection must be done between the executive bodies and all the producers of the ready-made clothes and to consider the financial and spiritual support to the executive system and the necessity of having marketing outlets and to facilitate loans and financing the producers with a simple interest and prolonging the settlement period and the suitable training for both the producers and the executives who are in charge of the ready-made clothes industry in the Governorate to push it forward.
